About Us
Easy Home Computing is a service designed to help computer users get the best from their computer. From the basics such as word processing to more intermediate tasks like editing a photo, you tell us what you want to do and we'll show you how to do it. At Easy Home Computing we show and tell you on a one-to-one basis what to do in your own comfortable home environment. It doesn't matter if you use a laptop or a desktop PC, we will be able to help.
We know a lot of computer users or people wanting to use computers can feel intimidated and they fear doing something wrong, however at Easy Home Computing we show you that there really is nothing to be afraid of as we walk you through computer tasks one step at a time. Showing and explaining in simple non-jargon terms how to use your computer, for example:
- Sending an email to family and friends, no matter where they live
- Setting up a printer
- Joining a social networking site
- Installing software or
- Producing a letter... the list is endless.
Easy Home Computing also provides a service to people who have never turned on a computer before or ever used one, but want to learn. There are over 6 million adults aged over 65 in the UK who may be in this position. Easy Home Computing provides a service tailored to their needs.

Our Background
Easy Home Computing is founded on the experience gained by years of troubleshooting computer problems for friends, relations and friends of friends who have had difficulty with their computer usage and needed someone to help them out.
Easy Home Computing is based on the same premise recently in the news, proposed by Valerie Singleton (SimplicITy Computers). However Easy Home Computing's aim is to provide a more cost effective and user friendly service with access to full computer function. We'll be helping people of all ages use standard computers with, if they ask for it, the same age-friendly software.
